Short-Lag Spatial Coherence has been added to the USTB.

The Short-Lag Spatial Coherence (SLSC) beamforming algorithm has been added to the USTB. This has been done in cooperation with professor Muyinatu A. Lediju Bell at the PULSE-lab at Johns Hopkins University.
An example using the SLSC algorithm on a CIRS phantom and on a human heart can be seen in this example: http://www.ustb.no/examples/advanced-beamforming/short-lag-spatial-coherence-slsc/

  1. Hi,

This is Nima Akhlaghi. I am working on some image reconstruction for photoacoustic imaging and am interested in your SLSC beam forming algorithm;however the provided link for download does not work for me. I am wondering if you can help me with that?

    Thank you,
    Nima

    1. Hi, sorry for such a delayed answer, but apparently I don’t get notifications when comments are left here…

to download the code you need to have access to our bitbucket (www.bitbucket.org) repository. If you send your bitbucket username to contact@ustb.no I’ll add you to the repository and send you further information.

      Cheers
      Ole Marius
